First things first, let’s see an introduction. My name is blah and it warms my heart that you would take some time to check out my wildly successful website with thousands of clicks every second. When you’re the 179,000 person to read this, you’re clearly late but welcomed. I decided to take a leap of faith, and well, here I am. Welcome to Understood My Assignment. The title itself is pure dopamine. You will never leave my website ever. You can view it as nonsense with a hint of "OK I see you young fella!" So what's the assignment? Absolutely nothing, but it's no secret I pretend. I haven't made anything to give an assignment, but stay on your toes. But also stay off the toes because we’re chilling out. You'll see that I'm a man simply moving through life, hoping to get the most important things right, while cheerfully admitting that I've made a full suite of mistakes. Is this really how you learn? Who KNOWS. If you're hip, you know about The Assignment made famous by someone named Tay Money. It’s a horrible song and dry rots the brain by 2x speed. What you need to know is she actually stole that language from one of my first book releases back in 2014. What a story. I do something great and invent a phrase for the ages and then a barely clothed lady rips me off and sells albums because she’s got a bod. Hard to believe, but hopefully I’ve earned your trust by now. So listen - I'm a narcissist but still have phileo love for gen-z when they use phrases like, "he understood the assignment” or PAUSE. Pass the paprika and spruce my limited vocabulary one time now. You could easily say my web title inspiration is simply a fun response toward new slang which is rightly placed in my face. I view Understood My Assignment (UMASS for short) as a personal blog where I journey through life with you, hoping to build one another into bigger and better things, "OK young fella!" I'm sure this will experience degrees of transformation over time, but the bones of this will remain true. I am casually asking to be the motivator in your life…. So what do you say Lupe~~~~
This is both my formal... and informal attempt to journey myself into into the world of content creation. As of now, I practically know nothing about anything related to production, video, audio, computers, and general technology. You're probably thinking I have no business taking the stab, however, you must know that the unknown excites me, but at any rate, you are still right. This could be a waste of time but I've settled it in my mind that I would like to work on something consistently, for long enough, to see if it legitimately produces a result. Nonetheless, it would be very funny if I work on this relentless for 3 years and only have a diary to show for it. Life isn’t that serious. I'm your guinea pig. I've threaded through the internet for years and tend to come across successful people, who seem normal, but have abnormally flexible lifestyles. Bruh tell me more. Maybe they're exaggerating, or maybe they’re really exaggerating. My guy, do we still have any truth tellers out there?? I’ll never know and that's alright, but here I am, starting from ground zero to see if I can accomplish something, anything engaging. I am actively capturing any and all progress and will post it here. Anyone who can establish themselves with a brand, a passive income or a dream fulfilled has my attention and respect. Even Dan Bilzerian? No.
For as long as I can remember, I've had a desire to connect with people. It never really detached itself from my life and I'm glad it didn't. I absolutely see the value of it even if all I ever did was horse around for 30 years. Y’all need a good laugh. My ambition is to open up any and all of my creative juices to bring you some form of joy. If there's joy, there's value, and that makes me happy. So who am I? Tom Brady’s 3rd cousin. He takes life seriously but I more so. Take it from the third cousin himself. I could have said yes to the riches he wanted to bestow on me as he pitied my average work life balance. When I landed a job with Blue Cross in 2017 he didn’t congratulate me. “Well it could be worse” he said. “Did you say yes to the disabilities questionnaire?” This is after hours Tom. Likes to give normal people a hard time and then tease us with 100k to free me up for a year, only to place bets with my dad that I’ll be in debt after a year of work with the microphone. That 100k means nothing to me Tom. I’ve been telling him this for years. “The reason you’re so ugly is because you’re obscurely unrelatable. Let me help you for once. Here’s what people want. Maybe workout in a tee shirt that’s older than 12 months.” It’s back and forth, I go up 3 - 2 in the series, buckle down in game 6, taste sweet victory once again, and make a sandwich with his lunch meat. Just two best friends. I body slam him on occasion. But at the end of the day we’re inseparable. I just won’t accept his money bribes. In other news, my evenings are wild and wonderful these days because I spend them renovating my shed of a house before I can finally move in. It's 650 square feet and since I’m the expert around town let me feed you a secret. The biggest tiny home according to the world wide
web is 600 square feet. You don’t arrive here without a well crafted plan. I’m more alive the Cristiano Ronaldo. But it's a lot cooler to me now because I’m only responsible for myself. Obviously I could be a Wall Street mogul or real estate Lebron James because of my impressive high school GPA that was so alarming they slipped it in the weight room to remind people that weights don’t solve all the problems. Don't look for me in the New York Times, come here instead.
So what can you expect to find on my site? I plan to include just about everything that's occupying my mind and time. I've always enjoyed writing but don’t have the skills yet. However, decent enough to not rush for a Grammarly subscribo. I like to make goof videos in my spare time because I have 3 IG fans that want more. Doesn’t take much for me to get going, perhaps I load some in our unforeseen future. I also want to launch a podcast this year, says a lot of people and a lot of them did it, yes, but also me too because the unknown is exciting. There are rough edit audio clips on my YouTube, but since I am not a tech guy, no video for now. Let's hope I learn some new skills in 2023... One of my larger aspirations is to become proficient behind the camera. It sounds so fun to vlog, shoot a music video, or even interview people. Shouts to Caleb Pressley and Theo Von. Shane Gillis you’re my hero. I've spent some days and nights logging time about the different things I'd like to do, I'm excited to share them here because it'd be nice to be connected beyond a small
town of friends but as is true,
heartbeats to all of those friends, they slay LIFE.
Behind the personality and jokes and whatever else you might see, I'll be keeping it lighthearted. I'm here for fun and hope to encourage you, while providing value in the process. When I think about it, I'm opening up about my life, but I don't mind being vulnerable when it's healthy. I gave my life to Jesus in my later years of college, October 2013 to be exact. He changed the way I see and how I act. To this day, it's still the best decision I've made. I feel like it's very good for us all to pursue something which remains close to our heart. Don't ignore it. It's there for a reason and you should probably unpack it. Maybe you're called to entertainment, art, athletics, academics, entrepreneurship, or inventor status... WOAH, I definitely hope so. Whatever it is go for it. I'm going for it myself. We should never grow tired of trying something new. It keeps us young and renews our flame. I've arrived at a place in my life where I'm totally comfortable saying, "I'm a beginner or I don't know about that." Do you know what I mean? Maybe you're tired of being around the guy who seemingly knows a little bit about everything. I've found so much joy being around those who don't know about the topic, but will tell me, YO let's figure it out together! It’s good
vibes and welcoming. Not to say that it wouldn't be nice to know a little about a lot of bit, I just wouldn't be the one to go out of my way while making a point to inform others. Let it flow naturally, and from love, not thinking that you’re above or better than anyone, because ew.
I hope that I can make money one day passively from my efforts. I may start selling something online soon because I have some ideas. More on that later. We all know that we have one life, so why give yourself to 40 years of heartless work, while your dreams are constantly resting on a shelf, laying dormant? Maybe you love your job and if you do, please know the world is benefitting from those efforts, and I thank you for making a real difference. We are in a better place when we grab hold of our vision and make it happen. Who's here to say that you can't, nor shouldn't do it? I'm sure that when you do, you'll find a new born passion that will gloriously infect those around you. You owe it to us.
